How to find Grey Oak Guest House Bayfield is located on the northernmost tip of Wisconsin along the south shore of Lake Superior. It is about 90 miles east of Duluth, Minnesota and 240 miles northeast of Minneapolis. Take US Highway 2 to Ashland, WI. Turn north on State Highway 13 just west of Ashland and go 19 miles to Bayfield. As Highway 13 snakes into Bayfield it turns north following Sixth Street.  Turn left at the second cross street (Manypenny Avenue).  The Bethesda Lutheran church marks the corner of Sixth and Manypenny.  Go one block west.  The Grey Oak Guest House is the big green house on the corner of Seventh Street and Manypenny Avenue.  The entrance to our offstreet parking lot is south of the house off Seventh Street. Grey Oak Guest House is located on the hillside four blocks from Maggie's Restaurant (a Bayfield favorite!), five blocks from the Chamber of Commerce, six blocks from downtown shops, and seven blocks from the lakefront.
